Transfusion
Jennifer got a call this morning to get her consent to give Brian blood. Evidently his blood count was low. Then she got a call from Alaska Regional where they had transported Brian and wanted permission to do a CT scan. He was showing signs of seizure and they didn't know why. He is back at St Elias now and evidently doing better but the results of the CT are not known.

Larry thanks for the updates on Brian. I am still concerned and praying. I was just informed of something I have to pass on to you. I think you kow Ted and Joan Petersen at Milaca. If you don't remember them, let me know and I will tell you about them. I sent them a note in my Christmas card and told them of Brian's serious accident. She wrote back very sorry and concerned and with the promise to pray. She also called the prayer chain of the CMA church of Milaca, (of which they are very active members) so they are praying, too. I was-am-very grateful for that. then it dawned on me how amazi ng this is. I just wrote back thanking her for their prayers and also thanks to the prayer chain for their prayers. Then I said I wondered--when they were paying for Brian did they klnow they were praying for the grandson of the one who was involved in the Evangelistic meetings that resulted in the beginning of the CMA church of Milaca. He was L.A.
ReplyDeletePeabody and Brian is his grandson. To me this is all awesome and overwhelming. God can put together details I would never have thought of!! After all our involvement with Dad's story, I can't help but wonder--is this a ripple effect from Dad's ministry that has come back to help one he loved dearly?? Take care and don't overdo the White Christmas! Love Mom Aunt Frances
